Research-Use Policy Effective Date: August 1, 2026 Company: Prymex ("Prymex," "we," "us," or "our") 1. Purpose of This Policy This policy governs the intended use of all products sold by Prymex and is a binding condition of every purchase. 2. Intended Use All products offered by Prymex are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. Products are: Not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human or veterinary use Not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition Not for human or animal consumption, injection, application, or any form of administration 3. Purchaser Representations By purchasing from Prymex, you represent and warrant that: You are a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, institution, or entity engaged in legitimate scientific research, or are purchasing on behalf of such an entity You possess the appropriate training, facilities, and safety protocols to handle research chemicals. You will use all products exclusively for laboratory research purposes in a controlled research setting. You will not administer, or allow any third party to administer, any product to a human or animal. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of research chemicals. 4. No Instructions for Human Use Prymex does not provide, and will not provide upon request, dosing instructions, administration protocols, or any guidance related to human or animal use of its products. Any such information found elsewhere (including third-party or affiliate content) does not reflect the intended use authorized by Prymex and is expressly disclaimed. 5. Labeling All products are labeled "For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Animal Use. Not for Diagnostic or Therapeutic Use." This labeling may not be removed, altered, or obscured by any purchaser, distributor, or reseller. 6. Restrictions on Resale Purchasers may not resell Prymex products in a manner that suggests, implies, or facilitates human consumption, including through marketing claims, dosing suggestions, or testimonials referencing personal use. 7. Consequences of Misuse Prymex reserves the right to refuse service to any purchaser it believes, in its sole discretion, is not purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and to report suspected unlawful use to appropriate authorities as required by law. 8. Assumption of Risk Any use of a Prymex product outside the scope of this Research-Use Policy is done at the sole risk of the purchaser and any third party involved, without any warranty, endorsement, or liability on the part of Prymex.
